Holmewood Hall offers exceptional facilities for every type of corporate event, from conferences, AGM's and launches through to workshops, team building exercises and smaller meetings.

Whether you are organising and event for your customers, business partners or your own personnel, you can be confident Holmewood Hall will impress your guests with it's distinctive style and professional service. Indeed many of our clients return to enjoy great value at a venue that is out of the ordinary.

We aim to create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and inspiring, working closely with you to organise every aspect of your event.

Whatever your catering requirements, our team of chefs offer freshly prepared dishes to suite every palate and budget; from a working lunch or buffet served in one of our dining rooms, to an early start breakfast meeting or an evening meal to put the final touches to your event.

The Hall boasts a selection of generously sized 'syndicate' rooms for focused workshops or meetings, many of which are oak panelled with views over the gardens. However, the highlights of the house are without doubt its premier conference rooms on the ground floor.

£30.00 per head Day Delegate Rate

Includes room hire, coffee on arrival, mid morning coffee, two course buffet lunch and afternoon tea.

£15.00 per head Half Day Rate

Includes Room Hire, two course buffet lunch and one coffee break.

£100.00 Syndicate Rooms

£1.95 Additional Coffee

£10.00 per head Lunch only


Breakfast Meetings are also available. The standard lunches provided are buffet, served with coffee and dessert - these can be served either in the main dining area or inside/outside your meeting room. Specific dietary and theme function requirements can be accommodated on request, i.e. Christmas Dinners and BBQ's. The facilities and extensive grounds of Holmewood Hall are ideal for team building or corporate events. Accommodation can be arranged locally.

Cancellations are charged at 5% of the total booking fee, if notification is 24 hours prior to the meeting. After this full charges will be incurred. Conference facilities are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm. Office Hours for bookings are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
